Superfood Smoothie Bowl Recipe

This concoction was inspired by the remainder of random superfoods I had lying around my house.  It is pretty high in carbs so I recommend eating this on your high carb day (duh), before a big workout, before a long run, in bed cuddled up warm with a Meg Ryan movie on, or on a day ending in “Y” if that’s how you roll.


1 C Mixed Berries- I used blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries

1 Scoop my favorite Vanilla Superfood Powder **

1/2 Cup Vanilla Unsweetened Almond Milk (or until thick pudding consistency)


ICE (unless you are using frozen fruit)


1/2 Banana

2 Tbsp Goji Berries, Blueberries

1 Tbsp Shredded Unsweetened Coconut

1 Tbsp of chopped cacao nibs

1 Tbsp of granola (optional)

1 Tsp of bee pollen

1 Tsp Chia seeds


BLEND all ingredients under BLENDERS.  Pour into a bowl.  And TOP with all ingredients listed under TOPPERS in a method as fancy or chaotic as you like.
