Nutrition, Fitness & Empowerment Online Coaching

This program serves those people who want to make changes both inside and outside.  You have the desire to make a change, but your follow through isn't there. You know you want to start, but are not sure where or how.  Somedays, you are your biggest obstacle to success or have trouble making health & fitness a priority.  

You may have experience in the gym or none at all, but ultimately, you want a program to give you the directions and keep you focused on your path. You know support and accountability are key to getting you there!  This is an intensive program, and is almost like having ME working directly next to you 24/7!

SO be ready to communicate regularly, check in daily, ask questions and be an active participant in YOUR transformation.  This program works if YOU do!

BOTH 1 Month & 3 Month PLANS INCLUDE:

 

1. NUTRITION: Macro Coaching (what are macros?)

- Personalized nutrition plan based on a nutrition questionnaire you must complete.

  • Macronutrients (carbohydrates, protein, fat) are the energy that comprises the calories in all foods.  Specific grams of each will be calculated for you and recommended as part of your daily nutrition plan.  More info on how to keep track of these numbers through MyFitnessPal will be provided in your program.  Your recommended daily macros are based on your current weight, height, activity level, current dietary habits, and your goal (lose fat, build muscle, etc).
  • MyFitnessPal App with direct connection to me.
  • Guide for How to track macros in MyFitnessPal.
  • 30 minute getting started phone consultation with me: discussing: goal setting, lifestyle, nutrition  & training plan.
2. TRAINING:

4 or 12 week Lifting Program based on your goals and level. 

3. LIFESTYLE COACHING:

What else outside of fitness and nutrition do you need to work on to become a better version of yourself?  This will also be a major part of your program.

4. One on One personalized contact with me 24/7 (email, text, social media, Skype) for fitness, nutrition, & other questions 5. Accountability Check-In's

mandatory weekly updates on progress in training & nutrition (progress photos), and lifestyle goals we have set.

6. Nutrition Guide

thorough guideline of best foods, practices, routines, tips, meal prepping, and grocery shopping.

7.  My FREE How to Lift Basics 20 Day Trainer - 20 day workout teaching the basics of how to lift weights properly for best muscle engagement.  Videos included.

3 Month Plan Includes above PLUS:

Macro Personalized Plan **Re-assessed EVERY month, new plan issued at beginning of each month (3 total plans)

Training Program based on your goals and level **Re-assessed EVERY month, new program issued at beginning of each month (each training plan is a 4 week program that builds upon itself.  You will finish with 12 weeks worth of workouts.)
